Hi, I'm Danni.
I help busy women simplify their health, and get off the dieting merry-go-round.
I'm a naturopath, kinesiologist & writer - but I'm also a woman. Just like you, I’ve had my fair share of weight issues, unhealthy food habits and self-confidence struggles.
My goal in life is to help as many women as possible break out of the dieting and self-hate trap, and find true health and happiness in a way that feels easy, fun and sustainable. (It's not as hard as it seems, I promise!)

- I grew up in North QLD and now live in Adelaide, SA
- Ironically, I worked at McDonalds whilst studying to become a naturopath!
- I love travelling, and after uni spent almost 6 months travelling solo in Europe and Asia
- I recently got married to my hubby Kane, and we have a border collie (left) and two cuddly cats 🐱
- Kane and I love to spend our weekends camping, fishing or exploring Australia in any way we can
