The most popular way to work with me is in my Breakthrough Program.  And not surprisingly, it's what gives my clients the best results.

The program is designed to help you:

  • identify why you have bloating/low energy/food cravings etc
  • reduce or eliminate those symptoms (my clients say that getting their energy levels back is the best. thing. ever.)
  • understand your body and your health
  • create a practical and sustainable lifestyle that supports your health goals

And it’s categorised into three tiers, so you can pick the one that works for you.

This option is for you if you don’t need to work with me 1:1, but you still want to find out what’s going on with your health and weight.  Basically, I’ll be taking you through everything you need to know to improve your overall health and achieve a healthy weight for your body.  No dieting involved.

This is the most popular option - and it’s kinda a no-brainer.  You get five 1:1 sessions with me over three months, as well as initial testing which will help to identify any barriers to your weight loss progress.  Identifying deficiencies and imbalances means your health improves faster, and the weight drops off easier.

This option is the most comprehensive, with hormonal testing included.  I highly recommend this option for peri- and post-menopausal women, as well as anyone who suffers from PMS symptoms, irregular periods, or other signs of hormonal imbalance.  You also get an extra session with me!

Q: How does the program work?

A: The program has three tiers, and it really comes down to how deep you want to delve in your own health and weight.  The first tier is perfect for those who want to learn more about their health and their body, but don’t want individual sessions with me.  The second tier is the most popular, and involves initial testing plus 1:1 support and advice.  The third tier is designed for anyone who suspects their hormonal health is playing a role in their health and/or weight, as it includes reproductive and stress hormone testing and analysis.

Q: Can I sign up at any time?

A: Yupp!  Sign up when you’re ready and we’ll get started as soon as you book your first appointment with me.  

Q: I’m not in Adelaide - can I still work with you?

A: Absolutely - in fact, majority of my clients work with me online via a video call software called Zoom.  It’s super easy to use, allows me to record the session for you if you’d like, and it feels just like you’re sitting across the desk from me.  (It also means you don't have to shower or leave the house.. bonus!)

Q: Is it just for people wanting to lose weight?

A: No, not at all.  I will help you overcome food cravings, improve your energy, get rid of bloating and digestive discomfort, balance your hormones, cope with stress, improve blood sugar regulation and so much more.  Weight loss is a welcome side-effect of the program work (for those who want to lose weight) but it’s actually not the focus.  When we correct all the other factors impacting your weight, the kilos start to drop with little effort.

Q: I don’t know which tier is right for me!

Q: I know what I need to do to get healthy and lose weight - I just can’t stick to it.  Will this program help me stay motivated?

A: YES. I will help you stay on track because everything we do together is about practicality and sustainability.  No short-term fixes that cause rebound weight gain.  No expensive products or meal replacements or starving yourself.  And definitely no counting calories (yuck!).  When we dig deeper, we’ll start making small changes that are super easy to implement and maintain, and suddenly you’re feeling amazing without struggling or sacrificing your favourite foods.  That’s my superpower.  (P.S. If motivation is what you need, I’d recommend looking at Tier Two - the 1:1 sessions are a powerful motivation booster).

Q: I think my biggest issue is emotional eating and stress.  How does the program help with that?

A: My approach to weight loss and health is holistic, which means I’m not just addressing the physical stuff.  There are mental and emotional factors behind your current health and weight, and I have the tools and knowledge to help support you through those.  I used to be an emotional eater myself, so I definitely know what you’re going through (and how to change it, too).

Q: The kids need new school shoes, and my husband might not want me to spend the money. How can I convince him?

A: Honey, I have a hard enough time convincing my partner to do the dishes!  But what I can tell you is this: you can continue yawning through each day with uncomfortable bloating and uncontrollable food cravings, or you can join the program and create a new lifestyle that is sustainable and simple.  Plus, I’m pretty sure the kids would rather wear their old shoes and have a happy mum, than get new shoes and put up with crabby, tired, unhappy mum.

Q: Can I just work with you in 1:1 sessions?

A: Absolutely!  The reason my program is so popular is because it includes your testing, heaps of additional resources, and access to my monthly group coaching workshops.  It’s ALL of my support, knowledge and guidance for a really affordable price.  But yes - 1:1 sessions are available, if you aren’t ready to sign up for the program (you can book your session right here).  Individual sessions cost $120 AUD.

Q: I’ve done lots of different weight loss programs before - what makes yours any different?

A: I don’t know what programs you’ve tried, but I can tell you this: my clients come to me with a list of at least 5 programs they’ve done before.  And yet they’re sitting across from me, asking me to help them lose weight and improve their health.  I believe what makes my program different is these three things:

  • individualised, 1:1 guidance from a qualified naturopath (that’s me!)
  • a focus on long-term, sustainable changes rather than short-term “fixes” or “fads”
